company values and goals

Education. Respect. Altruism.

An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.
— Benjamin Franklin

Education. Respect.  Altruism.

These values are the cornerstone of how we do business with, and for, our clients. They drive all the business decisions we make. We love to work with clients who believe in the importance of these values.

Education. We believe education is the key to independence and realizing your dreams. That is why we educate you about the financial aspect of your business, the latest applications in accounting software, and general business best practices, so you can grow your business successfully. Our company also believes that learning is life-long, therefore we are always educating ourselves, updating our skills, and growing more expertise in our field.

Respect. Respect for others and ourselves is critical to maintaining happiness in all aspects of life. This is why having good business relationships with our clients is very important to us. We will always show you respect and treat your business with great care.

Altruism. Performing charitable works, volunteering, and donating time or money helps our society function. At least once a year, we choose an act of kindness, whether it is a charitable donation or volunteering for an organization that can use our services, to give to our local or global community. We believe in helping others, plain and simple, without expecting anything in return.

We honor these values in ourselves and our clients. If your business or organization resonates with these values, and would like to know more about our services, we'd love to hear from you. Click below to contact us about how we can help your business thrive.

Maria Hagopian

Company Owner / Business Finance Educator

As a licensed educator, having worked in schools teaching multiple grade levels and subjects, I know what it's like to spend your days working one-on-one with a student or teaching a class, planning lessons, grading papers, caring for children and inspiring their creativity.

I have also spent time in education administration, particularly educating teachers, providing professional development, scheduling and running meetings, writing reports, and presenting critical data to the board of education representatives.

After having my first child, I decided to redirect my career, but wanted to stay connected to the education field that I greatly value.  Data management and analysis, an aptitude with numbers, and my dedication to helping others led me to bookkeeping exclusively for those who work in the education industry.

Now, I am currently a small business owner and bookkeeper. Armed with my career experience and a passion for helping people unlock their future potential, I am especially able to assist fellow educators with their financial monitoring tasks.
